COLOR PERFORMANCE. Annuals bring to your home a host of vibrant colors unavailable in their perennial kin. They also offer the heavy, constant, long-season blooming performance that we associate with spring and summer color.
Like any high-performance athlete, annuals need a strong and steady diet of food and water to stay in prime condition—daily for water and weekly for food. “Set and forget” will usually deliver a short lifespan for home color, so don’t forget to care for your living plant.
We recommend feeding Johansen’s Plant Food—it contains the same nutrients we use to grow our plants. Try some—you’ll find it makes the care of your summer annuals that much easier.
CREATIVE INSPIRATION. We offer a wide range of plants and cultivars for many different tastes and garden styles, but we specialize in the royalty of annuals: Begonias, Impatiens, Geraniums and Petunias. You’ll find a broad spectrum of colors, sizes, mixes and containers for these garden standards. Often we will mix them in with other kinds of annuals to create different looks and textures for the baskets, and if you like to experiment with container plantings or border gardens, we have flats and pots of the very same plants we use in our designs—so you can be creative, too.
